I have shot quite a few waterfront properties over the years, in White Rock, Horseshoe Bay, Deep Cove and Point Grey. While there are lots of areas where private property touches the shore, most of them feature rocky shores or steep cliffs between the lot and the water. This West Van house, on the other hand, has an actual beach and a slope that allows you to wade right in to Burrard Inlet. Add to that the wood and granite interior, and huge windows with unobstructed views from east to west, and you have an amazing estate you can only find on the West Coast.
