Yaletown View Condo

February 2, 2012

When you’re shooting a home with a 270 degree south facing view on a bright sunny day, it’s usually best to wait until dusk to break out your camera gear. I didn’t have that luxury the other day, so all I could do was fire up all of my flashes on full power and cross my fingers. The human eye can compensate for the difference in brightness between inside and outside, but cameras are not that sophisticated. At least, not yet. So I have to rely on either a lot of interior lighting, or Photoshop, or both. The extra effort pays off though, since the final result looks a lot it would look in real life.
