I have shot homes in almost every neighbourhood in the Lower Mainland over the years, but this Bed and Breakfast was my first shoot in Kits Point. Properties here just don’t go on the market very often. When you are a short walk from Granville Island, downtown, the Seawall, and Kits Beach, there’s no reason to leave — ever. And when they do go up for sale, they don’t last long.
