Own a piece of history

January 18, 2011

We all know that discussions of Vancouver’s history pale in comparison with some of the great places of the world. What other city would put a plaque on a house once owned by Jimi Hendrix’s grandparents, for crying out loud? But we are not completely devoid of culture. The West End has a few architectural gems that are approaching 100 years old.
